the excellent 2-floor restaurant. Unfortunately they stop serving breakfast at 10 am. On a Sunday, it doesn't make sense.

The fact that I charge $7 for each delivered package does not seem to me to be good customer service. One of you has been caught because you are not local, so you impose a fee on me. You should change it.

A trendy hotel with plenty of atmosphere

One of the breakfast waiters was very rude to me! A hotel of that category can't afford it. When the last day I asked them to stay until three o'clock with the room until the uber came to pick me up they said yes but I had to pay 150 dollars more. In a hotel of that amount (very expensive!!!) they have to leave it to you if they have it available or not, but they can't try to scratch the last dollars before leaving. The location is not bad, but for that price there are very good hotels much closer to Times Square and Centra Park.

Loved the beautifully designed hotel. Free morning coffee and hot apple cider. Impressive range of magazines to download onto your iPad. Netflix on the bedroom TV. Food was impressive.

Communication with the concierge is non-existent, no possibility of massage while all hotels offer yoga and wellness. The wait for a lift is too long. The staff at the entrance is not always friendly.

Very beautiful hotel, spacious, bright rooms with a nice shower room. A cosy and warm bar. A very nice and well equipped gym.

The only drawback is the poor insulation in the entrance hall, which generates draughts in the cosy bar area.

I just didn't like or find the lobby area unpleasant because it was apparently part of the bar, quite congested, loud music, loud conversations, but still there was never room to sit and wait or have a coffee! Otherwise I recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at a 5-star hotel in this city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with spacious and clean rooms. The hotel facilities were great, especially the fitness facility that had everything I needed. The location in the Flatiron district was perfect, as it was close to everything and just a short walk to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome.

The decoration is pure and magnificent. It gives the framework of a warm and very pleasant place. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of storage space.

Seriously nothing. We would have liked to have a room with a better view, hotel was full, it doesn't matter.

Geographic Location

Reception and breakfast staff not really pleasant and really not professional. We were coming for the 4th time and we noticed a real difference in the service. We won't be coming back to this establishment, which is very well placed by the way. Too bad.

We had an very nice stay at the Edition! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and cute staff who made us feel right at home. We had a small issue with our room upon check-in, but the front desk quickly resolved it and upgraded us to a better room with a city view. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfect location for exploring all the sights of the city. The concierge was helpful in recommending the best places to visit and helping us plan our itinerary. The toiletries provided were high quality and added a nice touch to our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the Edition to anyone visiting New York.

The common areas restaurants, bar etc. are hot. The view from the suite. The bathrobes are crazy. The staff is very nice (but not so nice for the reception on arrival). Cleaning 2x/day. The room service proposal. Nice location.

Not 5-star level. No coffee in the rooms, only room service. Does not correspond to 100% to the pictures, the sofas in the rooms are old and stained, the furniture is the same.... Big big flat bathroom: small for the size of the suite, no pressure in the shower, leaky shower head. WC not separated.

We had a romantic escape and overall enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and had a great view of the city. The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the attentive staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The modern design of the hotel created a stylish and inviting atmosphere. We were impressed.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a kettle in the room and the overwhelming lobby scent, these issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at Edition.

Exclusive amenities and great location, with a lovely park right outside and easy access to the subway. the hotel's spa & wellness center offers a full body massage, and the bar & lounge area has a perfect ambiance. the room was beautiful, with stylish decor and amazing views. In-room breakfast was delightful, offering various options.

Sadly, the wardrobe space was limited, which made it difficult to locate personal items. the lighting in the dressing area was poor, making it difficult to find things.
